Taurus

The Pop! Zodiac series was introduced by Funko as a thematic expansion of their vinyl figure line, aiming to capture the widespread interest in Western astrology. Released as part of a recurring set where each figure represents a sun sign, the Taurus edition corresponds to the second sign of the zodiac. It was designed to reflect the traditional iconography associated with the bull, incorporating the signature stylized aesthetic of the Pop! line, characterized by its oversized head, wide, dark eyes, and simplified, compact body proportions.

The design of the Taurus figure leans into the sign's earthy and steadfast reputation, often featuring colors associated with the sign, such as soft greens or earth tones, and stylized horns. Like other entries in the series, it was intended as a decorative collectible for enthusiasts of astrology and pop culture memorabilia. The line was received as a consistent, accessible entry point for collectors, focusing on character-based identity rather than specific media tie-ins, and it remains a staple of Funko's non-licensed character offerings.
