Where it came from
Released in early 2022, the LEGO Minifigures Series 22 (71032) arrived as the twenty-second installment in the long-running blind-bagged collectible series. This series was designed to showcase a diverse array of characters, ranging from historical archetypes like the Troubadour and the Warrior of the Snow to whimsical, modern figures such as the Chili Costume Fan and the Racoon Costume Fan. The series continued the tradition of blending nostalgic themes with contemporary design elements, allowing builders to expand their dioramas with unique, highly detailed character models.
The figures were crafted by the LEGO design team to push the boundaries of printing technology and mold variety, featuring specialized accessories like the snowshoe attachments, bird-themed headgear, and intricate torso prints that define modern minifigure aesthetics. Upon release, the set was well-received by the community for its creative character concepts and the inclusion of fresh printed elements, serving as a popular entry point for both casual collectors and those looking to populate larger city or fantasy-themed LEGO builds.
