Chaos Warp

Chaos Warp was originally introduced in the Commander 2011 product, designed to provide red decks with a rare, flavorful form of permanent removal that leaned into the color's inherent unpredictability. The card's design philosophy centers on the chaotic nature of red mana, allowing a player to remove any problematic permanent from the battlefield in exchange for the opponent revealing cards from their library until they find another permanent to put onto the battlefield.
