Where it came from
Feeding Grounds was released as part of the Planechase Anthology, a 2016 boxed set designed to revitalize the multiplayer format by reprinting the most iconic cards from previous Planechase releases. The card represents the plane of Jund, a harsh, resource-starved world from the Alara block defined by its 'survival of the fittest' ecosystem.
