What it does
At the beginning of combat on your turn, create a token that's a copy of target noncreature artifact you control, except its name is Mishra's Warform and it's a 4/4 Construct artifact creature in addition to its other types. It gains haste until end of turn. Sacrifice it at the beginning of the next end step.

Where it came from
Mishra, Eminent One was released in 2022 as part of The Brothers' War Commander set for the collectible card game Magic: The Gathering. The card depicts a younger, ambitious iteration of Mishra, a central antagonist in the long-running franchise lore. It was designed to anchor a specialized Commander deck, emphasizing the character's thematic focus on artifact manipulation and mechanical ingenuity through its unique ability to create temporary token copies of noncreature artifacts.
The card’s illustration was crafted by artist Volkan Baga, who is noted for his dramatic and intricate fantasy style. In this piece, Baga captures Mishra amidst his research and territorial expansion during the historical conflict known as the Brothers' War. The design was well-received by players for its technical synergy with artifact-heavy strategies, solidifying its place as a popular commander for those favoring complex, engine-based gameplay styles.
