Relentless Rats

Relentless Rats first appeared in the Fifth Dawn expansion in 2004, designed as a mechanical curiosity that challenged the traditional deck-building rule limiting players to four copies of any single card. By allowing an unlimited number of copies in a deck, the card encouraged players to embrace a swarm strategy, reflecting the flavor of a plague-like infestation.
