Where it came from
The Shark token, numbered 6 in the Reality Fracture Commander Tokens set, was produced by Wizards of the Coast as a supplemental accessory for Magic: The Gathering. These tokens were designed to represent summoned creatures that exist only temporarily on the battlefield, serving as a visual aid for players using cards that create Shark tokens, such as those found in various expansion sets.
The artwork for this specific iteration features a stylized, menacing shark illustration consistent with the thematic aesthetic of the set. While the card lacks a credited individual artist on its face, it adheres to the standardized design language developed by the internal art direction team at Wizards of the Coast to ensure clarity and thematic cohesion during fast-paced tabletop gameplay.
