Tameshi, Reality Architect // Tameshi, Reality Architect

Tameshi, Reality Architect was originally introduced in the 2022 Magic: The Gathering set Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. The character represents a moonfolk wizard within a reimagined, cyberpunk-infused version of the plane of Kamigawa, reflecting a thematic blend of traditional mystical heritage and advanced technological innovation. This specific card belongs to the Art Series, a collection of cards featuring full-art illustrations designed to highlight the work of the game's artists without the standard text overlays.

The artwork for this piece was created by artist Daarken, a long-time contributor to the Magic: The Gathering universe. The design emphasizes the character's mastery over reality and machinery, utilizing the vibrant, neon-soaked color palette characteristic of the Neon Dynasty aesthetic. The Art Series cards were released as a promotional subset within booster products, catering specifically to players and collectors who value the visual storytelling and high-fantasy illustration standards of the game.
