Tataru Taru // Tataru Taru

The Tataru Taru card, identified as number 25 in the Final Fantasy Art Series, celebrates one of the most beloved non-player characters from the long-running Final Fantasy XIV online franchise. The character of Tataru, a Lalafell of the Scions of the Seventh Dawn, serves as the group's treasurer and primary logistics coordinator, having evolved from a simple receptionist into a vital, multi-talented figure who manages the organization's resources, fashion, and business dealings.

The card’s design draws from the established character aesthetic developed by Square Enix’s internal art team, emphasizing Tataru's iconic attire and her determined, industrious personality. Within the context of the Art Series, this piece functions as a tribute to her integral role in the narrative arc of the game, highlighting her transformation through various expansions. The artwork has been well-received by the player community, who frequently identify with her transition from humble beginnings to a position of significant influence within the Scion hierarchy.
