X.Drake

X.Drake (ST02-014) was released as part of the Starter Deck: Worst Generation (ST-02) for the One Piece Card Game, which debuted in late 2022 to introduce the game to a global audience. The card depicts the character X. Drake, a former Rear Admiral turned pirate and member of the Eleven Supernovas, capturing his signature dinosaur-human hybrid transformation. This set was designed to provide players with a functional foundation for gameplay, focusing on the tactical synergy required to pilot a deck themed around the rising pirate stars of the series.

The card features artwork consistent with the aesthetic direction of the early One Piece Card Game sets, which utilize iconic manga and anime imagery to appeal to both competitive players and series enthusiasts. X. Drake is portrayed in a dynamic pose that highlights his Zoan-type Devil Fruit ability, reflecting the strategic intent of the Worst Generation starter deck to showcase powerful, offensive-leaning characters. Upon its release, the card was received as a staple utility piece for players building purple-color decks, valued for its specific cost and combat power within the game's mechanics.
