Le Disque D'or De: = De Gouden Plaat Van: Pour Apprendre A Danser Wij Leren Dansen

Released under the Polydor label during the mid-1970s, this instructional record was part of a series intended to teach ballroom dancing through a mix of music and spoken guidance. It emerged during an era when instructional vinyl records were a staple for home entertainment and social preparation, bridging the gap between musical enjoyment and the practical pursuit of learning specific dance steps.

The sleeve design and audio production reflect the functional aesthetic of Polydor's mid-century educational releases, which prioritized clarity and accessibility for the listener. By providing bilingual instruction, the record aimed to cater to a diverse European audience, though it remains a niche artifact that serves primarily as a historical example of the era's instructional multimedia efforts.
