The card's design features a whimsical, grinning ceramic vessel, reflecting the game's initial aesthetic which drew heavily from the quirky, supernatural monster designs established in Kazuki Takahashi’s original manga.

The version from Tournament Pack: 3rd Season (TP3-014) was released as a common card, part of a series intended to distribute staple cards to tournament players. Because its effect is incredibly potent—offering a cost-free increase in hand size—it became a fundamental fixture in competitive play for years. Its widespread utility eventually led to its status as a restricted or banned card in many official tournament formats, cementing its legacy as one of the most recognizable and impactful cards in the game's history.
