Reinforcement of the Army

Reinforcement of the Army is a long-standing staple in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, originally debuting in early sets like Starter Deck Joey before being reprinted in the 2016 Wing Raiders booster pack as a common rarity card. Designed as a search card, its primary function is to allow players to add a Level 4 or lower Warrior-type monster from their deck to their hand, a utility that has made it a foundational component of deck-building strategy for over two decades.

The card's design reflects the tactical emphasis of the Warrior monster archetype, prioritizing consistency and speed in card advantage. While the artwork depicts a classic military maneuver, its gameplay significance far outweighs its visual profile. As a common card in the Wing Raiders set, it served to ensure that players had ready access to an essential utility tool, maintaining its relevance across shifting meta-game environments due to its simple yet powerful effect.
