Summoned Skull

Summoned Skull originally debuted in the earliest days of the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game, serving as one of the most iconic high-level monsters during the game's formative years. As a Level 6 monster that could be summoned without tributes in certain formats or played as a potent offensive force in early competitive play, it became a staple for duelists who prioritized raw power and aggressive board presence. Its design, characterized by a distinct skeletal, demon-like aesthetic, reflects the darker, more gothic fantasy art style that defined the initial core sets released by Konami.

The version from Legendary Collection 4: Joey's World Mega Pack, indexed as LCJW-EN235, was released as part of a compilation designed to revisit and celebrate the signature cards associated with Joey Wheeler and the Duelist Kingdom era. While the card retains its classic artwork and original mechanics, this specific printing caters to collectors seeking to assemble iconic legacy cards in a modern, consolidated format. It remains a hallmark of the game's history, representing an era where straightforward, high-attack monsters were the cornerstone of strategy.
