Himitsukessha Taka no Tsume NEO

Himitsukessha Taka no Tsume NEO, or Eagle Talon NEO, was produced by DLE Inc. as a 2012 television installment in the long-running Flash-animated comedy franchise created by Ryōnojo (Frogman). The series continues the satirical adventures of the secret society known as Eagle Talon, a group of inept villains attempting to conquer the world, and their frequent interactions with the incompetent hero Deluxe Fighter. Following the success of previous iterations, the 2012 series was designed to fit a standard television broadcast format while maintaining the low-budget, minimalist aesthetic that became the studio's stylistic trademark.

The production relies heavily on the distinct visual language established by Frogman, utilizing simple vector graphics and improvised-sounding dialogue to parody tropes found in anime and superhero genres. Its design philosophy centers on accessibility and rapid-fire absurdity, often incorporating real-world marketing and current events into the narrative. Upon its release, the series was received as a continuation of the franchise's cult status, praised by fans for its subversive humor and the unique creative freedom granted by the Flash animation medium.
