Where it came from
King of Prism -Your Endless Call- Minna Kirameke! Prism☆Tours serves as a cinematic continuation of the vibrant King of Prism franchise, which originated as a spin-off from the long-running Pretty Rhythm series. Produced by Tatsunoko Production, the project was designed to celebrate the evolution of the series' signature Prism Show performances, leaning into the franchise's established blend of high-energy musical numbers and heartfelt character-driven narratives that have cultivated a deeply dedicated community since the first film in 2016.
The film reflects the aesthetic evolution of the series, utilizing contemporary animation techniques to enhance the visual spectacle of the Prism Jumps—the series' trademark gravity-defying maneuvers. While the franchise is known for its collaborative creative direction, this entry continues to build upon the foundation laid by series director Masakazu Hishida and character designer Mai Matsuura. It was conceived to function as an immersive experience for longtime fans, prioritizing the celebratory nature of the series' lore and its iconic music catalog.
