"My drawing with Asato's writing, let's make a book together. That's my dream."

Where it came from
Triangle BLUE is an adult original video animation released in 2009 by the Japanese studio PoRO. The studio carved out a specific niche in the industry by focusing on high-concept, narrative-driven adult animation that emphasizes elaborate character designs and surreal, often dark, thematic undertones that distinguish their works from more conventional entries in the genre.
The animation reflects the aesthetic sensibilities common to mid-2000s independent adult works, prioritizing fluid, stylized character art and a distinct visual palette. While the studio maintains a low profile, these productions are recognized among collectors of the medium for their technical consistency and the specific visual tropes that defined PoRO's output during this period.
