Comic X-Eros #134

Comic X-Eros, published by Eros Comix during the 1990s and 2000s, served as a prominent anthology series within the adult comic book market. These issues were designed to showcase various erotic artists and storytellers, often focusing on experimental or stylized adult themes that occupied a niche but distinct space in the broader landscape of independent comics. The series gained recognition for providing a recurring platform for artists who balanced narrative development with explicit visual content.

Issue #134, consistent with the aesthetic standards of the later run of the series, features contributions typical of the Eros Comix editorial vision, which aimed to bring a degree of professionalism and artistic variety to the erotic genre. The design and layout were managed through the editorial oversight of Fantagraphics Books, which sought to treat adult-oriented material with the same aesthetic rigor as their mainstream graphic novel catalog. The issue was received by its core audience as a staple of the medium, valued primarily for its specific visual style and the recurring contributors who defined the magazine's identity.
