La Nueva Patrulla-X #100

La Nueva Patrulla-X #100 was published as part of the Spanish-language distribution of Marvel Comics, specifically aligning with the publication history of the X-Men franchise during the 1980s and 1990s. This series served as a crucial bridge for international readers to follow the evolving narrative of the mutant team, often collecting key storylines from the United States editions that saw the creative contributions of writers like Chris Claremont and artists like John Byrne or Jim Lee. The release of an issue reaching the centennial mark typically represented a significant milestone in the editorial history of the title, reflecting the enduring popularity of mutant-centric narratives within the global comic market.

The design and editorial direction of this period were heavily influenced by the 'X-Men Renaissance,' a time when the series transcended its cult status to become a pop-culture juggernaut. Editorial teams focused on maintaining visual consistency with the American counterparts while adapting the dialogue for local audiences. As a landmark issue, the cover art and internal storytelling were often curated to showcase high-stakes conflicts, solidifying the series' reputation for serialized, character-driven drama that defined the late twentieth-century superhero aesthetic.
