La Zorra y el Cuervo #241

La Zorra y el Cuervo was a prominent Cuban satirical and humor magazine that began publication in the mid-1960s. It served as a vital platform for social and political commentary, often utilizing caricatures and short narratives to reflect the cultural landscape of the era. The magazine was closely associated with the institutional efforts to foster graphic arts and humor in Cuba, featuring a revolving door of talented local illustrators who adapted classic fables and modern archetypes to fit the publication's distinctive voice.

Issue #241 belongs to the later period of the magazine's run, maintaining the classic aesthetic that defined the series for decades. The design typically featured stark, high-contrast black and white illustrations that prioritized character expression and witty juxtaposition. While specific design credits for individual issues within the extensive run are often collaborative or credited to the broader editorial collective of the Cuban humor tradition, the work was generally well-received by readers as a staple of national print culture, balancing biting satire with accessible, illustrative storytelling.
