The Ice Guy & the Cool Girl #10

The Ice Guy and the Cool Girl, known in Japan as Koori Zokusei Danshi to Cool na Douryo Joshi, originated as a web manga series created by Miyuki Tonogaya. Debuting on social media platforms, the series quickly gained traction for its gentle, workplace-oriented supernatural premise featuring Himuro-kun, a descendant of a snow woman, and his stoic coworker Fuyutsuki-san. The series was later serialized formally in Gangan Pixiv, where its clean, minimalist art style and focus on low-stakes, heartwarming interactions resonated with readers looking for comfort-focused rom-com narratives.

Issue number 10 continues the progression of the series' character dynamics, maintaining Tonogaya's signature aesthetic which relies on soft line work and comedic visual metaphors related to Himuro’s inability to control his freezing powers when experiencing strong emotions. As the series expanded into a successful anime adaptation, the manga volumes became sought-after artifacts for fans of the 'iyashikei' or healing genre. The design and narrative flow remain consistent with the established tone of the series, focusing on the slow-burn professional and personal connection between the leads.
