Warlock and the Infinity Watch #41

Warlock and the Infinity Watch #41 was published in July 1995 as the final installment of a series that began in 1992. Emerging from the aftermath of the popular Infinity Gauntlet event, the series was designed to explore the stewardship of the six Infinity Gems by Adam Warlock and his chosen protectors. By the time this issue was released, the series had undergone significant shifts in creative direction, reflecting the changing landscape of Marvel Comics editorial priorities during the mid-nineties.

The issue features work by writer Dan Abnett and artist Keith Williams, who concluded the series' narrative arc as the title moved toward its cancellation. The aesthetic of the book was rooted in the cosmic drama that defined Jim Starlin's initial vision, though this final issue served primarily to wrap up lingering plot threads and disband the team. It is historically regarded as a quiet conclusion to a series that played a pivotal role in maintaining the prominence of Marvel's cosmic characters following the company's major crossover events.
