X-Men '97: Strike Files Infinity Comic #6

The X-Men '97: Strike Files Infinity Comic series was commissioned by Marvel to serve as a digital-first companion piece to the 2024 animated revival of the classic X-Men: The Animated Series. Designed for the vertical-scrolling format of the Marvel Unlimited platform, these issues function as supplemental lore, providing background profiles and mission logs that expand upon the narrative developments seen on screen.

Issue #6, like its counterparts in the series, adheres to an aesthetic that bridges the gap between the original 1990s animation style and modern digital production. The creative direction focuses on accessibility and world-building, stripping back complex narrative arcs in favor of detailed technical readouts. This deliberate approach to design was received by the audience as a functional tool for deep-dive fans seeking to understand the updated powersets and historical context of characters within the new series' continuity.
