Iceman

The Iceman figure, numbered 218 within the Pop! Heroes line, was released as part of Funko's extensive X-Men collection. This series draws heavily from the classic Marvel Comics aesthetic, aiming to capture iconic mutants in the stylized, oversized-head silhouette that defines the Pop! brand. The figure depicts Bobby Drake in his signature crystalline ice form, reflecting his depiction in mid-century and modern Marvel lore where his control over thermodynamic energy turns his body into organic ice.

The design of this figure leans into a translucent aesthetic to differentiate Iceman from other standard vinyl figures in the X-Men set. By utilizing clear blue plastic rather than opaque paint, the sculptors sought to evoke the character's elemental powers. Upon its release, the figure was generally well-received by Marvel enthusiasts and completionist collectors, serving as a staple addition to shelves alongside other foundational members of the X-Men team like Cyclops and Jean Grey.
