Kyle

Released as part of the initial wave of Funko Pop! South Park figures, Kyle Broflovski is designated as number 09 in the animation series. These figures were produced to celebrate the enduring popularity of the long-running adult animated sitcom created by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, which first premiered on Comedy Central in 1997. The design captures Kyle's signature look, featuring his distinct green ushanka hat, orange jacket, and lime green mittens, simplified into the signature oversized-head, black-eyed aesthetic characteristic of the Funko brand.

The transition of South Park characters into the Funko Pop! form was a natural progression for the brand, which sought to capture the show's cult status and unique visual style. Designed to evoke the paper-cutout appearance of the original animation, these figures were met with enthusiasm by fans and collectors who appreciated the faithful representation of the core four characters. The line solidified the presence of the franchise within the broader pop culture collectibles market, serving as a staple for both fans of the show and animation enthusiasts.
