Where it came from
The Reaper Pop! figure, numbered 902 in the Games series, was released by Funko to coincide with the rollout and promotional events for the team-based hero shooter Overwatch 2. As a key antagonist and original launch character from the franchise, Reaper was redesigned for the sequel with updated aesthetics, and this collectible serves as a stylized representation of his refreshed character model.
The figure reflects the design evolution of the character, incorporating the darker, more industrial-leaning artistic direction Blizzard Entertainment applied to its roster for the second iteration of the game. Like others in the Pop! Games line, the piece utilizes the signature oversized head and simplified vinyl construction that characterizes Funko's aesthetic, capturing Reaper’s iconic dual-wielding pose and masked visage in a format designed for mass-market display.
