Fire Brigade

Released in 2022 as part of the LEGO City subtheme focusing on fire and rescue operations, the Fire Brigade set 60321-1 was developed to expand the play potential of the City layout. The set was designed to capture the dynamic nature of emergency services, featuring a multi-level industrial factory building equipped with fire-effect elements and a specialized fire truck with a telescopic ladder and a water-dart launcher. The design emphasizes modular play, allowing for interactive features such as the collapsing factory floor and the inclusion of multiple minifigures to encourage roleplay scenarios centered on civic duty and rescue missions.

The set follows the long-standing tradition of LEGO City fire stations and vehicles, which have been a staple of the product line since its inception. By incorporating current play features like the LEGO City Adventures television series tie-in elements, the designers aimed to keep the theme relevant to contemporary children's media while maintaining the classic brick-based construction.
