Where it came from
Voice of Victory was released as a promotional card for the Magic: The Gathering Tarkir block, specifically featured as part of the Dragonstorm promotional series. It reflects the thematic focus on the shifting timelines and draconic influence central to the Khans of Tarkir narrative, serving as a mechanical showcase for the set's emphasis on creature-based combat and tribal synergies.
The card features artwork commissioned to capture the high-fantasy aesthetic of the plane, aligning with the visual direction overseen by Wizards of the Coast's creative team. These promotional versions were distributed through organized play events, intended to reward participants and provide collectors with distinct, foil-treated variants that celebrated the expansion's release.
