Crocodile

The 'Crocodile' card (OP12-069) was released as part of the 'Legacy of the Master' expansion for the One Piece Card Game. This set was designed to spotlight iconic antagonists and pivotal historical figures from the long-running series, aiming to capture the gravitas of characters who have fundamentally shaped the world’s power dynamics. The card features Crocodile, the former Warlord of the Sea, depicted with a design aesthetic that emphasizes his cunning and his mastery of the sand-sand fruit, rendered in the high-fidelity art style consistent with the game’s late-era releases.

The card was developed by the creative team at Bandai to serve as a strategic centerpiece for deck archetypes centered around the 'Wisdom' or 'Baroque Works' playstyles. Upon its release, it was well-received by the competitive community for its utility in board control and thematic consistency with the character's narrative portrayal. Collectors and players alike have noted the card for its clean composition and the atmospheric illustration, which effectively conveys Crocodile's signature composed yet menacing demeanor.
