Isuka

Isuka, featured as card OP02-094 in the Paramount War expansion of the One Piece Card Game, represents a character from the cover stories of the original manga. Introduced in the second main booster set of the game, the card reflects the thematic focus on the intense conflicts of the Marineford arc. The design utilizes the established aesthetic of the game, prioritizing dynamic character illustration paired with mechanical traits that align with the Black color identity within the trading card game's color-coded strategy system.

The card was released in early 2023 as part of the Paramount War set, which was designed to expand the competitive viability of diverse characters beyond the primary protagonists. As a character card, its artwork was produced by the creative team at Bandai Namco in collaboration with Eiichiro Oda’s design guidelines to ensure consistency with the source material. It is regarded by players as a functional utility piece within the game's evolving meta, valued for its specific synergy in deck-building rather than as a rare collector's chase card.
