Monkey.D.Luffy

The Monkey.D.Luffy card from the set A Fist of Divine Speed, designated as OP11-058, is part of the ongoing One Piece Card Game produced by Bandai. Released as part of the eleventh main expansion, this card contributes to the game's evolving meta, which integrates key moments and character transformations from Eiichiro Oda’s long-running manga series into a tactical tabletop format. The set focuses on high-speed combat themes, reflecting Luffy’s progression through the narrative.

The design of this card utilizes dynamic, high-contrast illustration typical of the One Piece trading card aesthetic, aiming to capture the intensity of Luffy’s abilities. Like many cards in the series, it is designed by professional illustrators contracted by Bandai to maintain visual consistency with the source material while emphasizing the power-scaling inherent in the game's mechanics. Since its release, the card has been received by players as a functional piece within its color-coded archetype, evaluated largely for its utility in competitive deck building.
