Where it came from
Released as part of the extensive Funko Pop! Disney line, this figure captures Jack Skellington in his 'Sandy Claws' disguise from the 1993 stop-motion animated classic The Nightmare Before Christmas. The item was produced to celebrate the film's enduring cultural footprint, reflecting the iconic scene where the Pumpkin King attempts to bring his own macabre interpretation of Christmas to Halloween Town.
The figure design mirrors the signature Funko aesthetic, featuring a stylized oversized head and simplified bodily proportions while incorporating the character's unique red Santa suit and beard. It was released to satisfy the significant collector demand for high-quality representations of Tim Burton’s dark fantasy characters, becoming a staple in the expansive Disney-licensed series.
