Skeletor (10 Inch)

The 10-inch Skeletor Pop! figure was released as part of Funko’s expanded Pop! Television line, designed to commemorate the iconic antagonist from the 1980s animated series Masters of the Universe. This oversized figure was produced to cater to the growing collector market for 'super-sized' vinyl figures, translating the character’s classic Filmation-inspired appearance into a large-scale format. The design retains the character’s signature purple hood, blue skin, and yellow chest armor, scaled up significantly from the standard 3.75-inch release to serve as a centerpiece for enthusiasts of the franchise.

Funko’s design approach for this piece focuses on the exaggerated, stylized aesthetics characteristic of the Pop! brand, utilizing the extra surface area of the 10-inch frame to highlight the sculpt's molded details, such as the skeletal facial structure and the Havoc Staff. Since the launch of the Masters of the Universe collection, these oversized figures have been received by the collecting community as premium display pieces, often sought after for their dramatic shelf presence rather than as playthings.
