Where it came from
The Munitions token, cataloged as number nine in the Edge of Eternities Tokens set, was produced as a functional accessory for the broader tabletop gaming ecosystem associated with the expansion. Designed to represent abstract mechanical resources, the visual language of the card leans into industrial aesthetics, utilizing a stark, utilitarian color palette intended to evoke a sense of high-stakes logistical management within the game's lore.
The illustration was crafted by the studio's in-house team to maintain visual continuity across the set, emphasizing geometric precision and technical motifs over character-driven art. Upon release, it was well-received by players for its minimalist approach, which allowed for rapid identification during gameplay without cluttering the board state, ultimately serving as a reliable utility component rather than a collectible showpiece.
