Myr

The Myr token, designated as collector number 30 within the Tarkir Dragonstorm Commander collection, was issued as a supplementary component for Magic: The Gathering gameplay. In the context of Commander deck releases, these tokens serve as physical markers for creatures created by specific card effects during play, maintaining the mechanical consistency required for complex board states in the game.

The design follows the long-standing aesthetic established for Myr, small construct creatures originally introduced in the Mirrodin block. These creatures are characterized by their simple, utilitarian construction and rounded, metallic forms. While specific illustrator credits for individual tokens in Commander sets are often managed through internal Wizards of the Coast style guides to ensure visual cohesion across various artists, this piece adheres to the established lore of the Myr as functional, mana-producing automatons.
