Supplément de Zorro #85

Supplément de Zorro was a long-running French comic publication that emerged during the mid-20th century, a period when American adventure comics saw significant popularity in Europe. The series was designed to provide readers with affordable, bite-sized serialized adventures, often featuring the iconic masked hero Zorro in action-oriented narratives tailored for a younger audience.

The visual style of these issues typically followed the conventions of the era's pulp-inspired comic books, utilizing dynamic line work and high-contrast printing methods common to the inexpensive newsprint formats of the time. While specific creative credits for issue number 85 are often obscured by the collective studio production methods employed by the publisher, the series is remembered for maintaining the adventurous spirit of Johnston McCulley’s original character for francophone readers.
