Myriad Landscape

Myriad Landscape was originally introduced in the Commander 2014 set as a utility land designed to assist players in ramping up their mana base during the mid-to-late game. Its design allows it to be sacrificed to search the library for two basic land cards of the same type and put them onto the battlefield tapped, providing a significant boost to a player's land count. This version, appearing as card number 416 in the New Capenna Commander set, features art by Titus Lunter that captures the sprawling, multi-planar aesthetic consistent with the card's theme of expanding one's territory.

The card has become a staple in the Commander format due to its colorless nature, meaning it can be included in any deck regardless of color identity. Its utility as an 'auto-include' for many casual and budget-focused decks stems from its ability to thin the deck and fix mana colors simultaneously. The New Capenna Commander printing serves as one of its many reprints, maintaining the functional design that has made it a reliable workhorse for deck builders since its debut.
