The art was provided by Christopher Rush, one of the most iconic figures in the history of the game and the illustrator responsible for the original Black Lotus. For this piece, Rush leaned into the whimsical constraints of the set, providing a clean, vibrant aesthetic that leaned into the card's stark simplicity.
